Korean BBQ lovers can rejoice and feast at the new BBQ station, where you can watch our chef perfectly grill juicy cuts of savory favorites, like kalbi short ribs and pork belly, that pair perfectly with a variety of flavorful sauces like gochujang (Korean chili and soybean paste) and sesame oil. More Korean options are available at the Hot Buffet and Banchan Stations, where an array of beef bulgogi, fried mandu, bibimbap, kimchee and so much more await. If you’re a fan of sushi, visit the sushi station for fresh kimbap or made-to-order hand rolls, where our chefs prepare your order of spicy ʻahi, California-style sushi or crispy salmon skin right in front of you. And don’t skip the dessert station, which serves a variety of fresh desserts and soft serve ice cream.
