Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck has been serving our world famous garlic shrimp on Hawaii’s North Shore for 30 years. With little more than a few recipes and a converted 1953 bread truck, Giovanni’s was the 1st shrimp truck to cruise the iconic North Shore of Oahu, stopping along the way at different spots to serve beach goers a plate of steaming hot shrimp. As word of mouth spread over the years, we continued to grow and now can be found daily at two locations on the North Shore (Kahuku and Haleiwa) still serving out of trucks just like the old days, and our newest location in Honolulu’s Kaka’ako District.
